Pet Policy

At The Deryn, we know pets are part of the family, and we’re happy to welcome them in select apartment homes throughout our community. Our thoughtfully designed residences and amenities are created to ensure both you and your furry companion feel comfortable and at home. Pet eligibility varies by apartment type. Select residences, including our co-living homes, allow one (1) pet per private room with management approval. Furnished apartment homes are not pet eligible.
